Rishi Sunak ‘is considering raising fuel duty by as much as 5p’ to pay nation’s Covid bill

The Chancellor is looking at axing a ten year freeze on fuel duty in his autumn Budget, which would see prices at the pumps rise by 2p immediately in line with inflation.
